All applicable sales tax will be added. $5.00 handling charge on all orders under $25.00. Terms: Payment is due Net 30 days unless quoted otherwise. All orders are subject to credit approval. Prepayment is required with each order until credit is approved. Past Due Payments: All past due accounts are subject to 1-1/2% monthly finance charge (18% per annum). Orders will not be shipped, when a delinquent balance exists on an account. Backorders: Unless otherwise instructed, out-of-stock items will be automatically backordered and shipped as soon as possible. Freight: All shipments, unless otherwise specified, are shipped F.O.B. stocking locale. Shipping costs are additional unless quoted otherwise. All stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours after credit approval or you will be notified. Notification of damages or shortages must be made within five (5) days of delivery. Rink Systems, Inc. is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. All freight claims must be filed with the delivery carrier. Guarantee: We guarantee all goods against manufacturing defects and insist that you be satisfied. Returns: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required on all returns. All returns must be shipped pre-paid and are subject to a minimum 15% handling and restocking charge. All unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer's expense.
